Our Finances
Financial Transparency (2023–2025)
At DayZeroWater, we believe in radical transparency. From the very beginning, we want every supporter to know exactly how funds are managed.
Between 2023 and 2025, the foundation received no external donations.
This was a deliberate choice: in our early years, we focused on research, awareness, and collaboration with TU Delft professors and student researchers, while maintaining a lean and self-funded organisation.
To avoid holding unused funds, our bank account has been formally open but placed on hold. This ensures that from the very first donation, every euro will go directly to impact, not to overhead.
